Fixtures should develop and broaden boy’s games by focussing on their role and responsibilities and how their actions, behaviours, and intent can influence individual and team performance
Areas such as selection, batting orders, bowling orders etc. will not be driven by the sole intention of winning matches, but with the development of the individual and team. While results are relevant to players, the emphasis will remain upon individual and team development so that players are ready to play at higher levels
